Services/Repairs:
Feel free to contact EOE Jewelry if you require a repair service. EOE Jewelry charges by project (base rate of $5/hr + material). The buyer will have to cover shipping both ways and a minimum of an hour service is required for all repair services. Prior to accepting products for repair, photographs of the items must be sent to evaluate whether the item can be repaired and a quote will be sent back. Shipping:
For US orders, please allow 3 days after the date of payment for orders to be processed and an additional 7-9 days for shipping.
